NVC Space Holding Session

This NVC Space holding session can be scheduled live through video or phone call, and sometimes in person if our locations align. 
This session can be for an individual or for two people.

With the technique of NVC,we use a formula for communication through conflict that identifies our observations, feelings, needs, and requests, so we can take a step back and work through the friction going on within ourselves and with others. 

In an NVC space holding session, I support you with this formula at its core. As an individual, this can help you work through your own thoughts and friction with other people and situations in their life, without the need for them to be present. You will have a clear plan for going forth to communicate through what is going on between you. 

As a couple or pair of 2 people, I can hold space for both of you to communicate directly through whatever is going on with the willingness and presence of both people to work through the conflict with my guidance in using NVC formula at the core.
